It was great to take part in this initiative and meet young people at the outset of their careers. We share the diagnostic: everyone needs to learn the entire lifetime, regularly change jobs and think beyond borders.
Their curiosity, agility and hard-working attitude will land them their dream jobs - and the employers can look forward to a great pool of talent to employ. It was very encouraging to see how many are thinking of starting their own business – a massive change from when I was young. Never stop thinking about your capacity to influence your future.
