Prior to "Leaders-for-a-Day", Jade participated in the LJE Mini-company programme.

I learnt so many things thanks to this experience! First, from the leaders I had the chance to shadow of course! They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about their company and they answered all my questions about what it is like to be that kind of leader.

Then, all the other participants were fantastic, everyone had something unique to bring to this event and we managed to create strong ties in only two days. I have no doubts that we are going to stay in touch!

This event opened my eyes about how many great opportunities you can have in your future, I realized that if you have the motivation and the desire to learn you can achieve anything you want. Having the ESP is a great advantage for that, it proves that you already possess some strong skills, and this can open a lot of doors for you. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to meet so many interesting people from all across Europe, and also so many inspiring leaders!
