Upskilling with ESP: two webinars for ESP students & teachers
08 March 2016More than 140 students and teachers involved in the ESP across Europe participated in two webinars organized by ManpowerGroup in cooperation with JA Europe. The webinars aimed at presenting and discussing how to work better in a team and effectively manage different roles.
Understanding teams and the different roles, analyzing what makes a successful team and the challenges and benefits of a team approach were all topics covered by the webinars both in relationship to a simple task as well as to a complex project.
The webinars also provided students and teachers with top tips from high-level people working at ManpowerGroup about how to properly work in a team and improve students' participation in the JA Company Programme and ESP experience.
